5+ years leading financial statement audits (SOX, controls docs, audit workpapers).
OR 4+ years in technology consulting/onboarding/implementation at top firm or growth startup.
Project management with multiple customers and projects.
Executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Bias toward action; ownership of projects end-to-end.
