Senior Incentives Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day administration and provide operational support of the Compensation System
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements to design and build commission, bonus
• Own the commission processing cycle end to end, including calculation validation, exception
• Audit and document processes and technical designs; identify areas for continuous improvement of
• Develop and test Connect processes; monitor data flows to/from Compensation System to ensure data
• Develop technical solutions to requirements; validate, communicate, test, and ensure they meet

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Sales commission processing, data analysis, database administration, or
• Experience with B2B SaaS; finance, consulting, and sales compensation backgrounds are considered.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales Compensation processes and systems; integration with
• Experience with SQL and building integrated solutions between systems.
• Advanced knowledge of formulas (Excel/Sheets); strong testing skills (unit, functional, UAT).
• Experience handling large data sets with spreadsheets or database models; strong analytical and
