🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial/Product Design or related field.
8+ years shipping physical products with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English (written/spoken) and Mandarin Chinese.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing facilities, ideally Pearl River Delta region.
Strong CAD skills (Rhino, Pro-E/ Creo, SolidWorks) and 3D rendering (Keyshot or similar).
CMF expertise; knowledge of injection molding, extrusion, die casting, surface finishing; strong
