📋 Description

• Own and scale BIOptimizers' creator partnerships program with a $500k+ annual influencer budget.
• Build a scalable creator ecosystem and long-term partnerships driving profitable customer
• Develop and optimize creator strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, email
• Collaborate with Paid Media to activate creator content through Meta advertising.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or performance partnerships for
• Proven success managing influencer budgets of $500k+ annually.
• Experience scaling ambassador programs with 250–500+ active creators.
• Strong understanding of revenue, profitability, attribution, and ROAS.
• Experience negotiating creator contracts, licensing, usage rights, and affiliate agreements.
• Experience with influencer management platforms (GRIN, CreatorIQ, Aspire, Modash, Upfluence).
