🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design Communications, UX Design, Visual Journalism or related field.
• 10+ years in design consulting with experience leading high-performing teams.
• Expertise in human-centered design, design thinking, and visual design principles.
• Experience driving brand expression and maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with copy editing.
• Proven ability to lead and grow design teams and manage client relationships.
