• Apoiar o time de SDK em troubleshooting de incidentes de segurança.
• Operar endpoint security (SentinelOne) com tuning e exceções.
• Monitorar e responder a alertas de alta complexidade (SIEM).
• Operar Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) e gerenciar bloqueios/URLs.
• Gerenciar Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM).
• Conduzir análises de phishing e engenharia social.
