Senior Information Security Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage Infosec functions by coordinating with stakeholders
• Oversee Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing programs end to end
• Hands-on knowledge of VAPT tools (Qualys, Tenable, BurpSuite, Checkmarx)
• Ensure cyber security compliance and audits per regulator guidance (SEBI, RBI, etc.)
• Coordinate with SOC and Technology teams to close incidents
• Follow escalation matrix for delayed issues

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of security management experience
• Strong understanding of security practices, frameworks, technologies
• Experience in VA, PT, Patch Management, and Audit processes
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (SEBI, RBI)
• Project management experience with stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
