📋 Description

• Lead security compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, NIS 2
• Drive end-to-end ISO 27001 implementations for customers.
• Conduct internal audits and review audit work for quality and consistency.
• Mentor compliance team members and improve processes and audit delivery standards.
• Advise customer success and sales on security questions and enablement actions.
• Create and maintain compliance content (policies, templates, awareness materials).

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English (C1/C2).
• 7+ years in information security, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) in B2B SaaS.
• Proven success leading at least five ISO 27001 certification projects.
• Hands-on experience with GRC platforms or similar tools.
• Strong cloud security knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) and posture analysis/remediation planning.
• Excellent project management and independent delivery capability.
