Senior Insider Risk Specialist

📋 Description

• Support global Insider Risk Management Program by advancing DLP governance, business engagement
• Partner with DLP Engineering, security teams, and cross-functional partners to align DLP controls
• Hybrid role based in Nottingham or London (40% in the office).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity / Information Security / Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in data loss prevention, insider risk, cybersecurity or related security discipline.
• Experience with DLP technologies and familiarity with SIEM, UEBA, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of insider risk, data protection, governance, and risk management practices.
• Experience evaluating business risk and applying governance to security controls and policy reviews.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting/visualization tools.
