Senior Insight Analyst

📋 Description

• End-to-end ownership of analyses for category experts; client challenge and coaching.
• Own client relationships; partner with Consulting Teams for briefings and presentations.
• Run briefings, challenge hypotheses, and answer complex questions using fact-based analysis.
• Lead storytelling to quantify business opportunities and shape client category strategy.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to internal COE initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve insight quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years in Retail, Market Research, or Consulting (or 3+ years with NIQ/GfK data).
• Hands-on experience with NIQ Discover, RMS, CPS (or equivalent).
• Confidence using AI tools (Copilot, Ask Arthur, ChatGPT) to automate routine work.
• Strong storytelling skills; fluent English; advanced Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication; ability to manage multiple client workstreams.
