Senior Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Design and develop complex instructional materials using blended learning, eLearning
• Create engaging learning resources, digital content, workshops, and training programs aligned with
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning labs for diverse audiences across different
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, and Agile Learning to develop
• Partner with training leaders and stakeholders to manage learning projects from initial concept
• Conduct learner needs assessments and recommend improvements based on performance data and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning
• Experience designing and developing complex training programs using blended learning, eLearning
• Strong portfolio of learning materials created with tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate
• Experience evaluating learning effectiveness through assessments, surveys, performance metrics, and
• Advanced facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
