Design and develop complex instructional materials with blended learning, microlearning
Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning labs
Assist Training Program Manager from conception to completion
Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Instructional design models: ADDIE, SAM, Agile
Experience with learning evaluation methods and metrics
Portfolio of eLearning materials (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia)
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Proficiency with LMS administration and reporting
