Senior Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Design and develop complex instructional materials and resources using multiple learning methods.
• Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning labs for diverse audiences.
• Assist the Training Program Manager with training projects from conception to completion.
• Mentor others and contribute to organizational learning effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in instructional design; must be able to do both ID work and deliver training.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/work experience.
• Expertise with instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile Learning).
• Experience with learning evaluation methods (surveys, assessments, metrics).
• Strong portfolio using eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar).
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
