Senior Integrated Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project mgmt of creative/production workstreams in a high-volume studio
• Coordinate across creative, CRM, video, QA; manage dependencies and milestones
• Surface risks; maintain SLA compliance with Program Director and Resource Manager
• Onboard new workstreams; document workflows and establish templates
• Communicate with US-based Account Managers and cross-location teams
• Own version control, asset filing, and delivery logistics to spec

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM/traffic/production coordination in creative/marketing
• Proficiency with PM tools: OMG, Workfront, Asana, Monday.com
• Strong organization; detail-oriented; multi-project management
• English fluency; Spanish helpful for Mexico City hub
• Experience in distributed, multi-cultural teams across time zones
• Proactive, solutions-first mindset with problem-solving
