Senior Integrations Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain integrations with partner platforms so data flows into Halter.
• Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams; liaison with partner engineers across NZ, Australia, and the US.
• Own integrations end-to-end from discovery through launch and ongoing support.
• Create developer documentation, sandbox environments, and reference implementations for partners.
• Navigate regulatory and data sharing requirements across NZ, Australia, and the US.

🎯 Requirements

• Built and maintained API integrations between SaaS platforms (REST, OAuth, webhooks).
• Data modelling at system boundaries; map schemas and ensure data integrity.
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS; Go backend; microservices.
• Pragmatic; bridge that works today across partners with varied capabilities.
• Patient with long cycles; sustain momentum with follow ups and relationship building.
• Influence without authority; build champions inside partner orgs and unblock priorities.
