🎯 Requirements

Ownership mindset with a track record to back it up.
Senior data or detection engineering experience at scale; SQL, Python, data pipelines.
Hands-on depth in data fusion and entity resolution.
Comfort working with investigators and analysts; audit-ready work.
Genuine interest in market integrity and catching bad actors.
Plus: experience with fraud/trust/safety or investigations teams; exposure to on-chain/crypto data
