Senior Interaction Designer / Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Lead on Interaction Design within GDS projects
• Act as trusted client contact and influence design outcomes
• Work with multidisciplinary teams on complex, fast-moving problems
• Make informed design decisions and articulate insights to senior stakeholders
• Support programme through a GDS Design and Build phase
• Contribute to services with meaningful societal impact

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience with Interaction Design within GDS projects
• Demonstrable experience with Figma
• Experience in multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance and NPPV3
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder groups and ambiguity
