Senior International Benefits Manager, EMEA

📋 Description

• EMEA benefits operations: own full lifecycle across markets including procurement, renewals, plan
• Country launches: collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, Revenue to launch benefits in new
• Broker & carrier relationships: build and manage relationships; negotiate terms for best value.
• Data & reporting: track enrollment, utilization, and cost data; inform plan design decisions.
• Program management (evolving): lead operating cadence, cross-functional coordination, and process
• Cross-functional collaboration: advise on benefits in country expansion and client discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in international benefits with deep knowledge of EMEA markets (UK, EU, expansion markets)
• Experience with procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and multi-country plan design
• Track record of launching benefits in new markets
• Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environments for benefits
• Data analysis of enrollment, utilization, and cost; translate insights to decisions
• Program or project management; capable of building processes and coordinating stakeholders
