Senior International Benefits Manager, EMEA

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end EMEA benefits operations, procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker
• Launch benefits in new EMEA markets in collaboration with Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, and Revenue.
• Build and manage broker/carrier relationships across EMEA; negotiate terms and evaluate plan
• Track enrollment, utilization, and cost data; translate insights into plan design decisions.
• Help evolve the benefits program operating cadence as the function grows, with cross-functional

• 5+ years in international benefits with deep EMEA knowledge (UK, EU, expansion markets).
• Experience with procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and multi-country plan design.
• Track record of launching benefits in new markets and data-driven decision making.
