Senior IP Counsel

📋 Description

• Advise on IP law: copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, licenses.
• Develop and maintain global IP strategy aligned with business goals.
• Support Platform Project Office with product dev, partnerships, and growth.
• Draft, review, and negotiate IP agreements: licensing, SaaS, tech transfer, NDAs.
• Lead privacy and data protection program incl. GDPR/UK GDPR/ePrivacy/CCPA.
• IP due diligence and data-governance/regulatory risk advice.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualifications as a solicitor in England & Wales or EU jurisdiction.
• 8–12 years PQE in IP, tech, and data protection.
• Strong experience advising software, SaaS, or digital products.
• Knowledge of UK/EU IP law and GDPR frameworks.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial tech agreements.
• Cross-border regulatory matters; excellent drafting and negotiation.
