Senior IT Analyst

📋 Description

• Own escalated and complex user tickets (P0–P3) as technical escalation point for identity
• Collaborate with security compliance programs (ISO27001, ISO42001, SOC2 Type II) including evidence
• Design and implement improvements to internal policy, procedures, and tool stack with minimal
• Administer and optimize Okta (LCM, MFA, SCIM, app integrations) and manage access across cloud
• Develop scripts and automation (Python, Bash) to reduce manual IT toil.
• Lead vendor onboarding, asset management, and central knowledge base (Notion, Confluence).
