Coordinate AV installations, upgrades, maintenance with vendors.
Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting for AV, conferencing, meeting rooms.
Support Internal Events Production with AV and tech.
Back up IT Executive Services for meeting logistics and Zoom/Calendar questions.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in AV or IT engineering; 1+ year leading a team.
Strong IT foundation; networking concepts; Windows/macOS in enterprise.
Experience administering Zoom/Zoom Rooms; conferencing hardware (Neat/Logitech).
Excellent verbal/written communication; cross-org partner.
Executive support experience.
