Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Lead SAP S/4HANA OTC design, config, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams on requirements and integrations (IDocs, middleware
• Manage end-to-end OTC processes: sales orders, pricing, availability, delivery, billing, and credit.
• Ensure data integrity across master data, pricing, and interfaces with external systems.
• Provide post-go-live support, root-cause analyses, and continuous improvements.
• Develop user training and documentation for business users.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IS/CS/Business.
• 6–8 years in SAP OTC/SD with S/4HANA experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD/OTC configuration and data governance.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specs and lead implementation.
• Onsite work 4 days/week from listed U.S. locations (e.g., Salt Lake City, CO, etc.).
