Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC: sales order entry, pricing, availability check, delivery
• Design, configure OTC modules and enhancements; translate business needs into functional specs
• Drive SAP integration with external ordering, e-commerce, CRM via IDocs, middleware, and APIs
• Provide post go-live support: troubleshoot, root-cause analyses, corrective actions, and process
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure data governance across
• Participate in project planning, change control, release management and system governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IS/CS/Business
• 6–8 years SAP OTC/SD functional experience; S/4HANA preferred
• Experience with SAP integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs) and external systems
• Deep SAP SD/OTC configuration knowledge: orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, credit management
• Strong data integration, interface design and middleware knowledge (SAP CPI or equivalent)
• Proven ability to translate business problems into functional specs and lead end-to-end delivery
