Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Act as SAP S/4HANA OTC functional lead: orders, pricing, delivery, billing, credit &
• Collaborate with business users and IT/integration teams to gather requirements and define
• Design and configure SAP OTC modules and WRICEF specs; support design, build, testing, go-live.
• Drive integration between SAP and external systems via IDoc, EDI or middleware; monitor interfaces
• Provide post go-live support: troubleshoot issues, root-cause analyses, corrective actions.
• Develop user training and documentation; participate in project planning and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Admin or related.
• 6 – 8 years SAP OTC/SD functional experience; SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Full life-cycle SAP implementations and sustainment experience.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
• Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration knowledge.
• Strong communication; able to work onsite 4 days/week at listed locations.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $119,000 - $150,000.
