Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Senior ERP Analyst for SAP S/4HANA OTC (Order-to-Cash).
• Design, implement, and support OTC processes: order management, fulfillment, billing.
• Ensure integration with external systems (IDocs, middleware, APIs).
• Work with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver efficient OTC operations.
• Hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence in select US locations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Business or related.
• 6–8 years in SAP OTC/SD with S/4HANA experience.
• Experience in SAP integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
• SD/OTC configuration expertise; data governance and GxP-like controls helpful.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Onsite work four days/week at one of: Broomfield CO, Salt Lake City UT, Atlanta GA, New York NY

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary: $119,000 – $150,000.
