📋 Description

• Own day-to-day IT operations for a globally distributed, remote-first org.
• Oversee IT systems, infra, identity, and employee support.
• Lead Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Power Automate.
• Manage SaaS platforms, licenses, vendors, and IT spend.
• Ensure ISO 27001:2022 compliance and security posture.
• Collaborate with international remote teams across time zones.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years in IT operations/management in tech-driven orgs.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Power Automate.
• Experience with IAM, device management, endpoint security, RBAC.
• Experience managing SaaS apps, licenses, vendors, budgets.
• Onboarding/offboarding, access governance, incident response, disaster recovery.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication; independent work style.
