Senior IT Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day IT operations for a globally distributed, remote-first org.
• Oversee systems, infrastructure, apps, devices, IAM, and support.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Power Automate.
• Govern SaaS platforms, licenses, vendors, budgets.
• Support Business Central and integrations (HubSpot).
• Drive secure employee lifecycle and least-privilege access.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years in system admin, IT ops, or IT mgmt.
• Strong hands-on with M365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Power Automate.
• Experience with IAM, device management, endpoint security, RBAC.
• Experience managing SaaS, licenses, vendors, budgets.
• Onboarding/offboarding, access governance, security, incident response, compliance, DR.
• Troubleshooting, documentation, communication skills; proactive, autonomous.
