Senior IT Manager, Contractor

📋 Description

• Own security, performance, and reliability of internal tech systems and infra.
• Empower 100+ global team across EMEA & NORAM to work securely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards.
• Lead IT roadmap, budgeting, and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Manage IT operations, infrastructure, assets, and vendor relations.
• Onsite role requiring presence in London office (5 days/wk).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in senior IT roles (SaaS/tech preferred).
• Proven IT project leadership, vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA enforcement.
• Expert in ITSM and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, GDPR.
• Endpoint management across Windows, macOS, Linux (MDM).
• Cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure) and SaaS apps (Atlassian, Zoom).
