Senior IT Operations Technician

📋 Description

• Provide expert IT Operations support to employees across a globally distributed organization.
• Handle complex operational issues, balancing employee experience, security, reliability and
• Mentor IT Operations team members; assist with documentation and decisions.
• Support federal environment including GCC High administration and related issues.
• Partner with Security and other teams for operational, security, and compliance needs.
• Lead root-cause analysis for recurring or high-impact issues and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years IT Operations experience or equivalent senior-level breadth and ownership.
• Advanced admin across enterprise platforms: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Jira
• Enterprise Microsoft 365 admin experience; GCC High or regulated cloud experience preferred.
• Experience leading root-cause analysis and scalable improvements.
• Technical escalation point; mentoring IT professionals.
• Strong judgment balancing employee experience, security, reliability, speed, and impact.
