📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and Conversational AI initiatives (chat, voice, agent
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across planning, design, development, testing, deployment
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements on business processes, journeys, workflows, and
• Develop and maintain project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, dependencies, scope changes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, AI specialists, QA, security
• Lead testing, UAT, deployment planning, release management, and post-launch monitoring for stable

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end IT projects with focus on Agentic AI, Conversational AI, AI
• Strong technical project management skills: planning, stakeholder mgmt, risk mitigation
• Experience gathering business, operational, and technical requirements and translating into
• Solid understanding of contact center tech, IVR, telephony, CRM integrations, APIs, analytics, and
• Hands-on QA, UAT, defect management, release readiness, deployment planning, production validation
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.
