Senior IT Security Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day ops support for ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and Cloud Security
• Tune policies for zero trust user-to-app access and posture checks
• Deploy CSPM/DSPM policies with remediation follow-up
• Use ZDX to correlate UX issues with security telemetry
• Support DLP tuning, alert triage, and on-call incidents

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT security ops or related field
• Hands-on with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA platforms
• Strong understanding of zero trust concepts and identity controls
• Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), OS, networking, and auth protocols
• Certs such as ZCCA/ZCCP, CISSP, or Security+ preferred
