Senior IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, automate, and operate systems that support a distributed workforce.
• Administer, integrate, and optimize business-critical SaaS platforms.
• Develop automation using Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js to streamline operations.
• Create and maintain CLI tools, internal services, bots, and API integrations.
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning workflows.
• Implement integrations via REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, and SaaS SDKs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Systems/Platform Engineering with 3+ years owning internal systems and automation in
• Strong programming/scripting: Python, Go, Bash, Node.js, or similar.
• Experience with AWS and GCP (networking, IAM, EC2, S3).
• API integration expertise: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS frameworks.
• MacOS and Linux proficiency.
• Identity and security experience: SSO, SAML, SCIM, Zero Trust, lifecycle automation.
