Senior IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and maintain a modern internal technology ecosystem.
• Administer and optimize SaaS platforms (CRM, support, finance, HR, collaboration, eng).
• Design reliable workflows and data sync across systems.
• Build automation with Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js.
• Develop scripts, CLI tools, internal services, bots, and API integrations.
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and self-service.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/Systems/Platform Engineering or similar.
• 3+ years owning internal systems and automation in SaaS/tech.
• Strong programming in Python, Go, Bash, Node.js.
• Experience with AWS and GCP; networking, IAM, EC2, S3.
• API integration: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs.
• macOS and Linux proficiency; identity/security: SSO, SAML, SCIM.
