Troubleshoot and support IT end user issues: mobile, desktop, audio/video, peripherals, etc.
Procurement, asset and inventory management for IT hardware/software.
Collaborate with Facilities, Sales, Engineering, Information Security, and Enterprise teams
Perform system imaging, application configurations, and enforce security policies.
Daily onsite office support.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of IT support experience.
Working knowledge of Windows and OSX operating systems.
Working knowledge of Lenovo and Apple hardware.
Strong understanding of networking concepts.
Foundational knowledge of Okta, SSO, MFA, and IAM concepts.
Ability to document and improve services, standards, and support processes; strong problem-solving
