Architect core server-side architecture for a DEX.
Lead core module engineering: matching engines, order books, market data, risk, settlement.
Infrastructure & Connectivity: REST/WebSocket gateways, data feeds, K-line services.
Performance Optimization: JVM tuning, system optimizations for latency.
Resilience & Security: data persistence, logging, backups, disaster recovery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Smart Contract and Frontend teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, SE, or related field.
8+ years Java dev with multi-threading, concurrency, JVM tuning.
3+ years DEX/exchange server-side development.
Experience with LMAX Disruptor, Chronicle, or similar.
MySQL, Redis, MongoDB; distributed transactions.
Docker, Kubernetes; AWS or Alibaba Cloud.
