Senior Java Backend Engineer (DEX)

📋 Description

• Lead architectural design and development of a high-performance DEX backend.
• Build core server-side components for ultra-low latency and high concurrency.
• Implement matching engines, order books, market data broadcasting, risk control, settlement.
• Develop trading gateways (REST/WebSocket) and market data feeds.
• Optimize performance with JVM tuning and system-level optimizations.
• Build data persistence, logging, backups, and disaster recovery capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field.
• 8+ years Java development; multithreading and JVM tuning.
• 3+ years DEX/Exchange server-side; matching, clearing, risk control.
• Experience with LMAX Disruptor or Chronicle for high-performance apps.
• MySQL, Redis, MongoDB; distributed transactions.
• Docker, Kubernetes; AWS or Alibaba Cloud.
