Senior Java Engineer (CEX experience) - Mandarin Speaking

📋 Description

• Develop backend for the centralized exchange (CEX) and support core ops.
• Design architectures for large-scale payment systems with reliability.
• Contribute to solution design and reviews; improve team efficiency.
• Lead research to resolve critical technical challenges for core stability.
• Implement core architecture; write high-quality code and mentor developers.
• Drive evolution of the trading matching engine handling massive daily requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS or related field; expert-level Java with 8+ years' experience.
• Experience in large-scale data aggregation, query, and computation systems.
• Experience with large-scale refactoring; exposed to DDD, middleware, CI/CD is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Java frameworks (Spring Cloud Alibaba, MyBatis); distributed transactions.
• Proficient in Redis and MQs (RabbitMQ/RocketMQ); familiar with SkyWalking, CAT, schedulers.
• CEX experience is mandatory.
