Contribute to solution design, reviews; improve team efficiency.
Lead research and resolution of critical technical challenges; ensure stability.
Implement core architecture, write quality code, mentor developers.
Lead design and innovation of real-time computing systems.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; expert-level Java with 8+ years.
Experience building and optimizing large-scale data aggregation, query, compute systems.
Experience with large-scale refactoring; exposure to DDD, middleware, CI/CD.
Deep understanding of Java frameworks: Spring Cloud Alibaba, MyBatis; distributed transactions.
Proficient in Redis and MQ (RabbitMQ/RocketMQ); familiarity with SkyWalking and CAT.
CEX experience is mandatory.
