Lead research to resolve critical technical challenges and ensure core stability.
Implement architecture, write quality code, mentor others, standardize processes.
Lead design and development of real-time computing systems.
Drive the trading matching engine to handle tens of millions daily requests.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; expert-level Java with 8+ years.
Experience in large-scale data aggregation, query, and computation.
Experience with large-scale refactoring; DDD, middleware, CI/CD a plus.
Deep knowledge of Java frameworks: Spring Cloud Alibaba and MyBatis.
Proficient in Redis and MQ (RabbitMQ or RocketMQ); SkyWalking.
Experience building core frameworks in large-scale companies.
Familiar with networking issues and troubleshooting.
CEX experience is mandatory.
