Senior Java Engineer (CEX experience) - Mandarin Speaking

📋 Description

• Participate in backend development for the centralized exchange (CEX) operations.
• Design architectures for complex payment systems; balance dev, ops, maintenance, and reliability.
• Lead research and resolution of critical technical challenges to keep core systems stable.
• Implement core architecture; write high-quality code; train and guide developers.
• Lead design, development, and innovation of real-time computing systems.
• Drive evolution of the trading matching engine handling tens to hundreds of millions of daily requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; expert-level Java with 8+ years.
• Experience building and optimizing large-scale data aggregation, query, and computation systems.
• Experience with large-scale system refactoring; exposure to DDD, middleware, and CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of Java frameworks like Spring Cloud Alibaba and MyBatis; distributed transactions.
• Proficient in Redis and MQs (RabbitMQ/RocketMQ); familiarity with SkyWalking and CAT.
• CEX experience is mandatory.
