Senior Java Engineer (CEX experience) - Mandarin Speaking

📋 Description

• Develop backend systems for the company’s CEX and support core operations.
• Design architectures for large-scale payment systems and distributed platforms.
• Contribute to design reviews, assess quality, and improve iteration efficiency.
• Lead research and resolve technical challenges to ensure core stability.
• Implement core architecture, write quality code, mentor developers, standardize processes.
• Lead real-time computing system design and development.
• Evolve the trading engine to handle tens to hundreds of millions of daily requests.
• Lead rule engines and middleware platforms development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS or related; expert Java with 8+ years.
• Experience building large-scale data aggregation, query, and compute systems.
• Experience with large-scale refactoring; DDD, middleware, and CI/CD are a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Java frameworks (Spring Cloud Alibaba, MyBatis) and distributed transactions.
• Proficient with Redis and MQs (RabbitMQ/RocketMQ); familiar with SkyWalking and CAT.
• Experience building core frameworks in large-scale companies preferred.
• Familiar with networking issues and able to troubleshoot.
• CEX experience mandatory.
