📋 Description

  • Manage and grow key client portfolio in LATAM (Mexico, Colombia)
  • Drive cross-sell/upsell to increase wallet share and revenue
  • Lead billing, usage, credit support, and escalation coordination
  • Present Jeeves solutions to CFOs/finance teams; drive adoption
  • Monitor account performance; report to leadership; drive NRR
  • Support quarterly reviews, collections, and expansion opportunities

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years in key account management or B2B customer success (fintech/SaaS)
  • Proven cross-sell/upsell experience expanding accounts
  • Experience selling fintech and SaaS platforms
  • Strong knowledge of B2B financial products (credit lines, virtual cards, payments)
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Excel/Sheets; Spanish & English
