🎯 Requirements

8+ years in project/program management, knowledge management, content operations, or related field.
10+ years leading complex cross-functional programs.
Proficiency with knowledge management platforms, published content workflows, and analytics.
Experience with WYSIWYG, HTML, DITA, XML; AI-driven search and content discovery.
Strong ability to architect and govern enterprise knowledge programs and self-service content.
Proven change leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
