🎯 Requirements

8+ years in technical or customer support and knowledge management roles.
KCS v6 certification with PMP preferred; KCS Trainer/Coach certifications preferred.
Experience designing and scaling an enterprise KCS program and driving organizational change.
Strong cross-functional influence, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
