📋 Description

• Join Ocorian's Global File Review team to deliver AML/CFT and CDD reviews
• Own complex reviews and support team performance and quality
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients and stakeholders across the business
• Ensure regulatory obligations are met and client data kept confidential
• Provide updates and escalate risks or regulatory concerns as needed
• Partner with global colleagues to improve review processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business, law or finance; professional qualification is advantageous
• At least 2 years in financial services, compliance or related field
• Experience coordinating or leading a team
• Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Proficient with technology and systems; willingness to learn
