📋 Description

Lead Works Council and employee representation engagement across France and the Netherlands.
Primary liaison between ServiceNow leadership and Works Council(s).
Develop and execute engagement strategies balancing business needs with employee representation.
Ensure compliance with labour law across FR and NL; manage stakeholder alignment HR, Legal
Manage organiational change processes and consultation in relevant jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in labour relations, employee relations, or HR.
Deep expertise in Works Council laws for France and the Netherlands.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management; fluency in English and French; Dutch preferred.
Experience leading large-scale organisational change and restructuring consultations.
Knowledge of collective bargaining, statutory consultation, and applicable employment law.
