Lead Works Council and employee representation across Germany and Austria.
Report to VP of HR EMEA; primary liaison with Works Council and related bodies.
Develop proactive engagement strategies balancing business needs with employee voice.
Ensure labour regulation compliance and manage stakeholder alignment in HR, Legal, Communications
Lead engagement and consultation on organisational changes and workforce decisions.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in labour relations, employee relations, or HR.
Deep expertise in Works Council laws and practice in Germany and Austria.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills; English and German fluency.
Experience leading large-scale organisational change and restructuring consultations.
Understanding of collective bargaining and statutory consultation in DE/AT.
