Lead Works Council engagement in Germany & Austria
Primary liaison between leadership and Works Councils
Develop proactive engagement strategies balancing business needs and employee voice
Ensure compliance with labour law and council requirements
Manage consultation processes on organisational changes
Collaborate with Legal, HR, and Communications on labour matters

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in labour/employee relations or HR
Deep Works Council knowledge (Germany & Austria)
English & German fluency; other EU languages helpful
Strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills
Experience leading change and restructuring consultations
Excellent communication and advisory capabilities
