📋 Description

• Translate ambiguous questions into data plans and analytical assets.
• Develop analytical pipelines using SQL, dbt, Foundry, AWS.
• Lead analytics for productized capabilities across healthcare topics.
• Design predictive models with Data Science collaboration.
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and reports (e.g., QuickSight).
• Mentor analysts and manage multiple customer engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise for practical outputs.
• Healthcare data experience (claims/clinical) and value-based care familiarity.
• Customer-facing experience with independent findings and recommendations.
• Ability to handle evolving requirements and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools in analytics workflows.
• dbt analytics development for risk/episodes-of-care is desirable.
